On eight evenings in December, Santa rides through the streets of Folkestone on his sleigh, lit up and playing Christmas music, with the Rotary elves to help. Each evening covers a different part of town.
The Rotary elves walk alongside with collecting buckets and card readers, so you can give cash or contactless. In some closes the sleigh waits on the main road while the elves walk round.
Money raised helps provide Christmas food parcels for local families in need. The Rotary Club of Folkestone is a registered charity, no. 266883.
We work out each time from where your street falls along the route. Traffic, weather and crowds can make Santa early or late, so please be ready a little before and listen out for the music.
